| Full Description: | Our Client Irelands biggest and single most current source of used and new item sales information on the Internet currently have an opportunity for an experienced Sales Rep to join their dynamic team to sell display advertising in a Donegal based Advertising Magazine. You will need to be a committed, determined, organised, professional self-starter with a positive attitude and the ability to manage your time. You will need to have a proven track record in sales (preferably in advertising sales in the local area), in establishing, maintaining and developing successful working partnerships with business customers. You will need to have strong communication and excellent customer service skills, with the ability to deal with customers at all levels. You need to be comfortable setting telephone appointments, telephone sales, face-to-face presentations and sales visits. You will be given initial and on-going training and field support. Suitable candidates will be required to successfully complete a 6 week probationary period as an agent before final confirmation in role. A clean, full driving license, previous experience of business to business sales - magazines/advertising sales is essential. |

Responsibilities of the role will include: Field customer queries, take orders and up-sell products. 90% office based but position will require customer visits anywhere in N. Ireland when necessary. Process orders and help with invoicing and some admin duties related to sales. Responsible for clear and effective communication with all customers either written or verbally. Responsible for ensuring a professional, customer service driven, ethos is maintained and delivered at all times. He or she will take initiative to identify and solve problems and implement operations innovations. Person specifications: The Ideal Candidate will have excellent communication skills verbally and written and will have an excellent telephone manner. This person will have experience of all the main computer software packages to include MS EXCEL, WORD and Outlook and be confident using them. Experience of Sage 50 Accounts package a bonus.
