Full Description:Our client is a leading Multinational company with an office in Donegal. They are looking for an Associate Technical Business Co-ordinator. The successful candidate will work within the TBM department servicing the needs of the Technical Business Management, Development, QA, Operations, Finance and all other shared services departments. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the company’s projects are monitored, measured and reported to Management. This also involves analyzing behavioral practices on all SDLC activities and highlighting areas of concern or improvement to the relevant department Managers. Program Management /Analysis duties: Provide regular and ad hoc analytical reports. Work with Project Managers to ensure consistency of reporting, monitoring and control at a project / program level. Obtain and track final project metrics on project delivery, identifying projects with issues. Provide Analysis to Management for Planned Versus Actual Estimates for cost, effort and quality using the MIS applications- EPIC and various other databases ensuring that the key parameters of cost, effort and quality is tracked correctly. Develop and meet business need for providing standardized and adhoc reports for the company’s executive management. Look for new innovative ways to improve program management across all the company’s Business Functions, from Development, QA, Operations, Finance and all other shared services departments by analyzing the various tools and processes across these groups and recommend solutions that will bring efficiencies in these areas. Experience, knowledge, skills: Strong administration & multitasking skills are essential. Strong Analytical skills. Needs to be a very proactive individual that can work with minimal supervision. Creative and flexible approach to problem solving. Attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to produce easily understood documentation. Strong team player able to respond under pressure to many demands adhering to aggressive timescales. Has initiative and ability to react to changing priorities. Ability to work to tight deadlines when required and enjoy steep learning curves. Flexible and motivated individual. Position and Education: Requirements: The ideal candidate must be educated to degree level and have analysis experience. Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills. Knowledge of MIS application (preferably Clarity Tool). Proficient in MS Office (word, excel & powerpoint) some Reporting Technology.
